If you provide your credit information through our Services, we may collect and store your credit application details that will be submitted to Wholemax.com for submission to a finance company and which may contain some or all of the following Information:

Mailing address;

Date of birth;
Driver’s license number;
Employment information; and
Income information.

By submitting your Information, you expressly authorize Wholemax.com to submit such Information to a finance company, and for Wholemax.com, and any of its Affiliates or Nonaffiliates, to use that Information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Any personal information that Wholemax.com collects is kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Financial Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or our recordkeeping policies and practices. When we no longer have reason to retain your personal information it will be destroyed or anonymized in a manner designed to preserve its private and confidential nature, however archival copies may be impossible to delete.

D. All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons Wholemax.com chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing:

Nonaffiliates are companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non financial companies and could include insurance companies, mortgage companies, credit card companies and direct marketing companies.

Joint Marketing is a formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial or non financial companies that together market financial products or services to you or non financial products or services to you.

California residents: We will not share personal information with nonaffiliates to market to you, except with your express consent. We will not share your personal and financial information with affiliates or joint marketing companies, if you instruct us not to do so.
